Its within 7 days and 20 miles of each individual stpre, including that store. The frames look quite heavy and the wheels basic on the Ultimate, but you could buy a whole bike and wouldnt mind buying new wheels and frame for that price!

I would phone em up and ask. Me and my colleague talked about this yesterday and we both said if you're nice we'd consider it and if it's within seven days you come back we'd definately do it. Phone early Boxing day though because later on they will be stressed most likely

Best budget bike I have seen by far, astonishing value, has better specs than many bikes twice the price.

if you want to try out the bike for sizing, how would you do it and get the bike at current price? i presume they aren't open tomorrow but the sale ends tomorrow midnight?

you need to order on-line for in store collection. then try it for size and if it doesn't fit get another size, they may have to order in another one in your size if out of stock, but they will honer the agreed offer price.

Any ideas how this compares to the boardman comp range? I have seen the boardman bikes in the "flesh" and like the look of them. This one seems a snip however.

Am i better paying the extra for the boardman? The main use of the box is to keep on training / getting to work through the crappy weather until my nice road bike can come back to life in March !!

Having said that I would also like to make the most of Kinver edge which is only 20 mins ride .

Yeah its worth a try!! What do i say though? I have seen the bike i bought on your site and want my £130 back?!

The Carrera offers the best value package on the market at £287.99, the Boardman Comp is much better and in a different league but does cost alot more.

The Ultimate is quite a heavy weight but at this price you realyy cannot grumble! depends what you want really - You can't go wrong with any of them

On the price match front just ask for the manager and i'm sure it will get sorted although they may only do it for £319.99 not the 10% extra offer price
