That will be lava bread and cockles.... quite Welsh innit? The sight of cockles is, nearly, enough to make me hurl. Last time I had cockles was on my first stag night. To be fair they may have been trying to warn me.

Ahh, cheers. Have to say I'm no more convinced, I do have quite a open mind when it comes to food, but that has to be the oddest Surf 'n Turf I've ever seen.

Lava bread can be formed into patties and rolled in oats before frying. It may improve it's appearance ....... can't say much about the taste......
