The roads into Afan??

Hey all, I'm planning to go to afan for a few days starting on the 27th of December
However, I was wondering if anybody knows the state of the roads going into the trail centre? (the drop off cafe side)
I would imagine that getting to Port Talbot would be fine but not too sure on the lesser roads
if anybody who has been there or going there on boxing day could let me know i'd be very grateful
