Hi Guys,
Just bought myself a Scott Scale 40 2010. Was worried as it did not turn up for a week due to the snow.

Changed the seat already as it was a bollock and arse killer.
Real nice and goes like stink.

    How light is it? I like the forks on it!

    When I got my Scott Aspect 45, I changed the saddle very quickly because it was carp. It was not very comfortable and it ripped, got myself a nice Charge Spoon replacement! :wink:

    Hi there. It weighs around 24 lbs according to my scales without the pedals.
    I have to say out of all the big bike brands i do like the Scotts, followed closely by Cannondale but I think their headshoks are shite. My wife has my old! 2011 Trek 6500 which is 4 lbs heavier and I thought I would not notice the difference but when on the go I do.

    Nice one FC. I have the same Scott, and it goes real nice. Acceleration is sweet off the mask as well.

    I don't mind what they say... as long as they say its enormous
