Wheelbuild with Internal Nipples

Right, I have some nice carbon rims with internal nipple drillings. I'm familiar with the DT Swiss spoke calculator etc, but presumably I need longer spokes than it would suggest (unless it has an internal nipple option I've missed) - how much longer if you please?

    Internal nipples are inverted, so you need to compensate by increasing the spoke length - measure the length of your nipple and deduct the head height - this is the extra length you need to add to the spoke length. I use Sapim Hexagonal nipples for internal nipples - it doesn't have a slot in the head to chew the bed of the rim.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
