Only a few parts left pls advise!

Fellow riders! As the subject line says i've been building my first road bike for some time now and i only have a few parts left so i would appreciate your opinions-suggestions. So far i have a Wilier Mortirolo full carbon frame with a Ultegra 6700 groupset (except brakes) so the following pieces i still need:
Seatpost - Saddle - Wheels - Brakes - Road bar.
Since i am closing in dangerously to the budget limit i had in mind i would like to hear what you think. Where should i spend more (saddle i think) and where less (seat post perhaps?).
In case you have any specific models, brands i should have a look at pls let me know! I believe you can appreciate the "level" of the bike i am trying to built, i am trying to find the best "value for money" product that is not top of the line, hence out of my league budget-wise, but also not adding extra weight to a very respectable frame i think.
