The front end was flexy - felt when out of the saddle and when riding sat in the saddle gripping the bars. The rear end was also flexy demonstrated by the front mech and chain rubbing when climbing out of the saddle. This was a 59cm which seemed awfully large for a 59. Dura Ace groupset, professionally set-up and Dura Ace tubular wheelset. Easton carbon bars and stem.

As somebody else who also has a BMC Pro Machine (and is delighted with it), you simply have tooooooo much powerrrrrrr & obviously more than the pros, who have ridden this model - didn't see much mention of flex in any reviews prior to my purchase. As Flanners says good enough for Floyd to destroy the field even with his 'juice'!!

    Time to move on

Sorry mate, I was answering your question, don't ask questions if you don't want to listen to the answers.

I think you should get a grip of yourself. I merely stated what my experience was with a BMC, There is no need to get so touchy, I was not rating your mother or wifes sexual performance so there is no need to get so upset.

I'm glad you are happy with a BMC, I was not, therefore I did not buy one.

I hope you are not going to respond to every single 'what bike should I buy' thread with such a frenzy. Just because you have a BMC and like it does not mean that everyone that has ridden one should feel the same.

As for your obsession with 'the pros' - how many pro riders have bought a BMC? (that's a rhetorical question so don't get too wound up!)

Hi guys. Thanks for all the advice. Today i have become the proud owner of a BMC Pro Machine. Had to wait untill April for the Bianchi and couldnt test ride the Cinelli. Tried a Cube Agree but once i rode the BMC my mind was made up. Cant wait to take it out for a ride this weekend. thanks all. And i must admit that the bike is not as stiff as i feared. I have a 59 and cant wait to put some serious miles on it.
