What would be a good route to take for the above?

Does anybody else commute to White City?

    This is a guess as I ride into the City from Kingston, but...

    through Richmond Park, out Roehampton Gate, up to Barnes/Castelnau, over Barnes Bridge, Hammersmith Roundabout, up Shepherd's Bush Road and Wood Lane?
    FCN 2-4.
