Cannock Chase rideable?

Does anyone know if Cannock Chase is rideable?

Was plainning on going there tomorrow.

    Been round today and it's not too bad. On the official trails, last week's ruts have frozen solid so make sure your front tyre is in the right one 'cos it's the rut's way or no way. It is freakily slippery in some places but it's all rideable with care

    Off piste is like another country - snowy but smooth and predictable and the only tyre tracks you'll see are your own:

    Basically if you're thinking of going but are put off by the conditions, just suck it up and go. Everyone is in the same boat and you don't need special tyres or anything, it is after all Cannock, not K2. Just take it easy and you will have a great time.
