Tarmac Comp Frameset / Insurance Estimate Help

Wasn't really sure where to post this, I have recently done a load of upgrading to my bike and as such am raising the insured cost on it.
I have a cost for everything now, new and old except one thing, the frame.
It’s a 2008 Spesh Tarmac Comp and I need to find the cost of what a new Comp frame would be (based on the insurers recommendations), but I simply cannot find it anywhere for sale as a standalone frameset (frame and forks), having searched and searched.
So my question is does anyone know the cost of a Tarmac Comp frameset by any chance?
