try this place, its the same company as the guy who taught my course. it wasnt brilliant to be honest as he brought the course to us and our local area had no decent riding anywhere near.
but if you visit him in south wales, i would imagine the opportunity for better local riding will make the course infinitely better.
he was a decent enough chap and quite an accomplished cyclst.0
