Screws aren't specific to the shoe - they usually come with the cleats of your choice.

But yes, you can get replacement screws. In fact, you can probably buy what you want at your local B&Q if not a bike shop.

you need to be careful with the length in sidis, it should specify in the shoe manual the lengths you need for various cleats.
