moved from cross country as the Stab aint and XC bike and the question has nothing to do with riding.

I could be wrong, but it looks like a 1999 Stab Deelux with a paintjob.. quirky frames, I used to really want one of those, if it is the right one, it originally would have looked something like this:

Something doesn't look quite right with the rear end.. can't quite put my finger on it though, maybe the shivers have changed the geo quite a bit.. like the green though!

Wouldn't say it's a ltd edition though, just quite rare to see them about!

    How does it ride?

for 460 i suppose it could be worse.

the rear shock looks like it is the incorrect size.

    nothing special at all.

  • Thanks for the reply, dont know how it rides as its still in yorkshire at my parents need to get over to belfast cos thats where I live now, I wil give it a blast and let you know, I bought it because its fitted with some half decent components and thought for that price if it rides rubbish should be able to sell it on and maybe make a few bob?. Its fitted with 24" wheels as well so thats another thing i'm too sure about, but hay time wil tell.

The good thing is, if you crash it and bend it nobody will be able to tell.

that head angle looks very wrong, and the BB height is positively himalayan.

You obviously haven't noticed the tiny cameras in your house. But don't worry the footage is only sold to classy sites.

because that is the price it went for on E-bay.

this bike has already been discussed on this forum while we wondered why the wrong rear shock was fitted.
