A very sad loss indeed.
He was a peer of Conconi, Cecchini and Ferrari. The path he chose to follow was the right one, and his moral courage for pursuing it was hugely admirable.

As others have said, the sport desperately needs more people like him. I wonder if anyone else involved with Mapei can pick up where he left off?Aspire not to have more, but to be more.0 -
