I am about to buy some Giro proof winter gloves over the medium of t'internet.

Just looking for a bit of feedback re sizing. Im usually a large in other manufacturers, do they come up just right or small or what?

Cheers

  • Hi. Just bought some Gore Tool IV gloves which I'm really pleased with.

Usually take a large in gloves, but ended up buying the XL size.

I've bought a couple of pairs of long fingered gloves from the internet, usually when they're in a Sale and not been completely happy with the fit.

This time I went into Evans who had Gore gloves in stock, tried them on and found XL a good fit.

I then found them on the internet £10 cheaper.

If my LBS stocked Gore gloves I would have bought from them.

Have a look on Giro's website. There's a downloadable template there.

I have a pair of Proofs and would say the sizing is a little on the small side.
