Sorry another Campag v Shimano compatibility question

I have looked on Sheldons site but I cannot find an answer to the question I have and what it is is can you mix 10 speed Xenon levers with a 9 speed 105 Rear Mech.I would appreciate anyones advice.

There are ways, including buying a Jtec Shiftmate, but it won't work out of the box.
