Jamaica Road / A200 (Rotherhithe)
At the junction of Southwark Park Road / A2206
Eastbound and westbound direction. Road closed in both directions

Jamaica Road is closed westbound at the roundabout with Lower Road .Traffic in the area is heavy and slow moving. Eastbound traffic on Jamaica Road is queuing from Abbey Street. Northbound traffic on Lower Road is tailing back in to Surrey Quays One Way System. Expect delays in the area.

Hatbeard has just passed (or tried to pass) this area and it's still chaos and roads closed.

It was certainly very busy around 5:30, I was wondering what was going on. Though I've had a stinking hangover all day so it was a good excuse to pootle home slowly.0

apparently, according to him in doors, it was a 4 car pile up. no idea what happened before they all got twisted up with each other....!0 -

A Bermondsey lad I was working with tonight said it was a firearms incident - don't know about any shooting but a stopped car turned out to have lots of them on board.
By tomorrow it will have been a V2 exploding...0
