Bonjour Crudders..
Well there bine a lot of talk of what to eat over the last few days, so i thought you might like this...

If you have nothing to do on sunday why not pop down here to the south of france for a little MTB...weather conditions expected to be sunny and around 3°C when you start.
I unfortunatley won't be going as my son has a climbing competition that day, though a couple of my friends will be more than happy to show you around...
You will no doubt enjoy the ride, looking forward particulally to the pit stop at the end, you've slogged all that way, put in that last bit of effort, and there, in front of your eyes you have
Nope - not a bacon butty in sight
But some nice Oysters and Duck Liver pate to be washed down with red wine....
The mere thought of it makes me queasy, glad son is climbing
