I've got a Halfords/Carrera (Banshee I believe, but looks identical to Vulcan) ddw front wheel, but it has 'lost' the rubber seals on either side, Halfords say they can't help, so anyone know who made them so I can try and find some replacements? I got some from a quando but they are 2 small a diameter!

It'll almost certainly be a Formula hub. Can't help you find one other than that unfortunately but hope that helps (I've got the same wheels on my old Kraken)

If its the same as i have (vulcan) ditch the wheel / tire combo ASAP and get something a little lighter with better tires.

The wheel isn't on a bike, just managed to pick it up very cheap as a spare, but I want it as a useable (more than once!) spare!, also its sub 1Kg, so its not all that heavy (at £300 bike price point).
