Morning All

Just a quick one - I've managed to fall off this morning on some sheet ice (bollorcks - the only sheet ice for 50 miles and I hit it …) and have put two 50 pence size holes in the arm of my 3 month old Assos jacket. Bollorcks is the phrase I'm looking for.

I've read a thread on here about Assos repairing their clothing but can't find it to find out the details (I've got back a couple of months on the forum but can't find it) - can anyone help out at all?

Thankyou very much for any help!

Yossie.

They will deal with repairs to things like stiching failure, and pulls etc.

They wont repair crash damage, or magically mend holes.

The sorts of things they do are the problems you get with use, rather than damage.

You could pay to post it, but they are likely to point out it is not a garment failure, but crash damage. They may repair any seams where they can etc, but it isn't likely to fill the holes!

A dry cleaner / hole mending service may be better? If you want to send it to Assos, you need to post it to Switzerland with details of purchase etc.... it is on the ASSOS WEBSITE

Assos offer a brilliant repair service and it is free of charge.

I crashed in Paris and when I got back contacted them and they told me to send my Bibs back to them in Switzerland, cost about a fiver, three weeks later they came back like new and you can't see the panel they replaced.

Good enough reason to always buy Assos in future.
