Hi everyone. Decided to join this site at last - i have been trying to avoid it for the past 12 months. On 3rd Jan 2010 i had quite a nasty accident whilst out on a ride and ended up with a nice trip in a helicopter, broken thigh, arm, c/b and 3 slipped discs (herniated disc) - somehow no actual fracture of the spine…
