I've decided that I don't like being defined as a MAMIL and would prefer to be rebranded as a GIL (as in gentleman...). Would anyone care to join me? :)

    As a (presumably) fellow exiled Yorkshireman, I'm surprised you give a toss about daft labels! :wink: I actually find the MAMIL thing quite funny

    as a fellow exiled yorkshireman I really dont object to MAMIL after all it is what I am. I am not so sure about GIL's although my chances of that increased when i got away from West Yorkshire and their (lack of ) culture for sure...
