Greasing DMR v8 pedals

got these pedals and have injected grease into the port. I'm led to believe some grease should come out the end..... which end? The end that attaches to the crank or the outside end with the plastic cap? Put a fair amount in and none has come out yet..... should I just keep pumping more in?

In future Lithium or teflon grease? - seen both these mentioned....

bloody hell! I've put a full syringe they came with in each pedal so far.... I shall keep going but the grease void must be like the tardis!

be brave and keep going!!!!! Until the grease is the same colour coming out as going in...
