Any ideas? Selling road bike and would like to transport in the most cost-effective way possible. Any recommendations for companies that you've used?

Thanks in advance!

I have used parcel force in the past.Bear in mind size restrictions {this is all on the RM web site Including weight limits and charges. You will need insurance cover if item is over £41. Remove pedals, turm bars, remove seat and it's post Finally the wheels .Then use pipe lagging foam from B&Q to put round frame. Then bubble wrap the whole thing.Get 2 bike boxes from your local bike shop.Do not forget to put spacers in the front and rear drop outs.Either from your LBS or use old axeles.Frame in 1box wheels in the other .PF do a consignment rate for parcels going to the same address.
I have said to much

Either Parcel Force or I've also used Parcel2go who use a number of different courier companies at reduced rates.
