Dear all, advice please.....I am fast approaching 40 and consider myself to still be a bit trendy, with my Diesel Jeans and Superdry tops.....however on visiting a famous high street mens outfitters, I was drawn towards a rarther nice cardigan...
Is this right ?? have I peaked to early ?? do I need help ???

stop wearing superdry.
Anything with a big logo makes you look like you're trying too hard. That's why I only wear Mambo tshirts.
Oops, bad example!Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.
Who are you calling inbred?0 -
Ummm see your point...not a good look especially as the picture becomes deformed stretched over my beer belly.....0

Wear what you feel happy in. Unless it happens to be nothing, in which case you go out in your birthday suit at your own risk.0

I think the cardigan is you coming round to normallity
get a nice pipe too and some lovely corduroy slacks0 -

I allways worry about cords....they tend to show pee more than jeans....the things you have to deal with as you get older....0

At 47, I don't own a cardie, a pipe, or cordory slacks. I live in jeans & t-shirts or riding gear. It's what I've always worn, it's what I'm happy wearing and give it a few more years and everything I'm wearing now will come back into fashion.0

Yep, I will give you a discount next time too, only need your date of birth, NI number and a few other small details0 -
I was given a lambswool scarf for the last of my 30s birthdays and I refuse to wear it mainly cause it'll need washing and me and wool don't get on too well. It will end up Barbie size :oops:I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
