You should put some screws through your helmet as well, that'd look well wicked.
Nah seriously, if you want to stick with this, take all the screws out and redo it but through the intermediate knobs and then cut them down. The edge ones are just too far over, even if they were a sensible length they'd still be useless. Check out a Schwalbe snow tyre to see how they do it.Uncompromising extremist0 -
I'm gonna take centre ones out and leave the outside ones as they are and try it. If thats a fail I'm giving up and sticking with super low pressure DH tyres0

As said earlier an accident could be really interesting! A quick dive over the handlebars towards the front tyre!
I wouldn't want to hang too far off the saddle at the back. That would really focus your riding skills.0 -
He won't last long enough to crash. I recon the intertube will burst almost instantly.
I like the idea that you're giving it a go, but I don't get why you're ignoring everyones advice. You're just wasting your time :roll:It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

For info, Clas Ohlsen, the new Swedish shop in Cardiff, is selling metal 'Spiked' MTB tyres.0

try some gaffer tape around the inside, covering each of the heads to help the longevity of the inner tube.
I'd have left the middle ones in but cut them right down - on ice your going to want to remain upright as much as you can. I'd want those middle spikes for ice. For snow though? Waste of time.
edit: Oh - 7/10 for effort!0
