Its not uncommon, appears to be a cookie thang:

It happens to me running Firefox and - though I can't swear to this - it seems to happen towards the end of the week - Thursday mostly, sometimes Friday. I just swap over to Chrome which has always worked fine and then, when I next boot up, FF and BR seem to have stopped sulking with each other.0

Sorry, Hondated, I was using FF and BR as shorthand for Firefox and Bikeradar. The window you use to visit websites is known as the browser and there are a number of different browsers. If you're using Internet Explorer there will probably be a green letter e being orbited by a gold ring at the top left of the window. If you're using Firefox you will have a orangey globe with blue at the top.
I'm not literate enough to know what goes wrong with the cookies (if it is a cookie issue) so to get round the temporary problem, I've downloaded another browser and I simply swap browsers until the glitch sorts itself out.0 -
