The ONLY specialist track camp for Madison riders of all abilities!
David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are pleased to announce details of our Madison training weekend at Newport Velodrome on January 8th & 9th 2011. This camp coincides with the Welsh Open Madison Championships on the 8th of January.
This weekend is aimed at improving the Madison change, observation skills, bunch positioning, sprint finishing and tactical awareness in riders wishing to either compete in or just try for fun Madison racing. The clinic is aimed at all standards of riders who have indoor track riding experience. We will have groups catering for Madison novice’s right up to those doing the following weeks national Madison Championships. The feedback and coaching is very similar to that used by the GB national squad in preparation for major competitions.
In a fun and welcoming coaching environment, David and Lee will give detailed video feedback on the optimal tactics for a broad range of race situations, giving you the confidence to race with purpose and assertiveness, allowing you to achieve the results you deserve!
You will be grouped on ability/current fitness so every standard will be catered for.
