Hi all,

Words of warning.

If you find that inactive bikes stored in sub-zero temperatures get a weird loosening of the wheel cones, do NOT adjust them until the warm weather is back.

Alum alloy shrinks more than the steel axle. Adjusting the cones now will result in a tight bearing race when the alloy has regained its normal size.

Its only microns, but cone play is only that sometimes.

Leave the spanners in the tool box and make a cup of tea instead.
