Just read their warranty page, seems they have a major number of get out clauses0
-
Yes they do, how convenient eh?0

Still, at least it can be fixed, a carbon job would be dead with a break there0

I hope it can be repaired but it looks like it won't be by Merlin.Oh and please remember to click on my blog:

The more clicks I get the higher it creeps up the google radar0 -
My advise has always been to never buy a frame on the basis of their 'lifetime' warranty - they usually come with a list of limitations that make it fairly discretionary, favouring the manufacturer without an further recourse - basically if its bust, the slightest sniff of a get-out and you're screwed. There's also a manufacturer from Wisconsin who has a similar reputation...but that's another story.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

My choices at the time were, Litespeed Vortex, the Merlin and a Colnago.
I chose the merlin because it was different and beautiful.Oh and please remember to click on my blog:

Plenty of evidence out there of failed Litespeed out there, so you probably did better with the Merlin. :oops:0
