Merlin are refusing to repair my Cielo.... Help Please

    My advise has always been to never buy a frame on the basis of their 'lifetime' warranty - they usually come with a list of limitations that make it fairly discretionary, favouring the manufacturer without an further recourse - basically if its bust, the slightest sniff of a get-out and you're screwed. There's also a manufacturer from Wisconsin who has a similar reputation...but that's another story.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    My choices at the time were, Litespeed Vortex, the Merlin and a Colnago.

    I chose the merlin because it was different and beautiful.

    Plenty of evidence out there of failed Litespeed out there, so you probably did better with the Merlin. :oops:
