I love my wife, but my new PACE RC405 comes in a pretty close second. It was finished in August this year and is all nice and broken in:

Nice set of wheels. I have just built up an Orange 405 with the DT swiss forks for the missus. I have just reluctantly got rid of my Pace 506, very capable bikes and a pleasure to ride.
