Maybe in Miami, on South Beach...
In rainy England?0 -
Me owning this is about as realistic as me moving to somewhere sunny, hence the thread title. If I owned such a bike it would only come out to play in very nice weather, not least due to the Campagnolo Delta brakes...
Stop being so 'practical' and post a pic of the bike you wish you were able to run but can't.0 -
Ouch, I was just querying the slightly camp, art deco style white walls.
I'd have this mester
Can't quite believe the promo pic on the website has the white wheels. How embarrassing after my comment above.
Still, more masculine all round.
[ Edit: not sure this would be any better than my Sabbath in real terms - just 7 is my old rugby number and it is for that reason only I want one! ]0 -

55 Rad off the 'other forum' has some of the nicest bikes and great photos!0

This is just vulgar, but I like it. Baum would do me, too.
No idea how the superleggera justifies £1500 extra for 150g less.0 -
Stunning Baum. I love Baum paint jobs.
You seen this one from the 'other other forum?'
I do like the Lampre Wilier with the day-glo graphics.0 -
much better0
-
I do like those GT inspired Baum's - love the idea that you can send them a picture of your favourite object and they knock up a colour scheme for you. However i think id have to get a ridiculously flair Baum as opposed to the more classier ones.

I have a couple of favourite local rides, which are dead easy routes, and involve quality time sitting at a cafe table overlooking a beach for a coffee or two with friends and loved ones. For those days, I want this:

Those Baums are just gorgeous, if they were a UK company, I'd be seriously tempted!0

Like Markos, f*ck Baum. I'm going to buy a Pegoretti.

I'd rather like one of these
An alloy chainset, mechs, brakeset, earlier model ergos, maybe a Brooks and some leather tape.0 -
A nice custom bult Parlee that isn't too bright, just like someone else said, nice routes, hot day and a coffee at an outside cafe on this vision of understated loveliness.0 -
