the bolt holding my brake pads on my elixir r brakes have seized and will not budge,ive tried anti sieze spray but they still wont move.any ideas please

    the correct tool and a bit of patience.

    take it to some one who can.

  • I had this, I had to put a watchmakers screwdriver on the threaded end of the bolt & give it a few sharp blows with a hammer.

    Then try and remove with the correct size allen key. If it still refuses go back with a few more blows to the back.

    Keep repeating until the little blighter comes out. If you are replacing the pads then soak that bad boy screw in GT85 or WD40.
