Replacement Bottom Bracket. - Hope Stainless or Ceramic ?

My bottom bracket has died a horrible death ..

I'm wondering whether or not it's worth the extra for the ceramic hope bottom bracket as opposed to the stainless alternative ? Any opinions on either appreciated.
Or should i be looking at something else, not looking to spend over anything over £100 on this as i've also managed to crack the left hand side of my specialized toupe team saddle, so that's another £80+ on a new saddle to spend.
And England lost, not the greatest of weekends, but at least i have an excuse to buy shiny new things!
