Does anyone know how much seatpost is out of the seat tube when fully extended and on the minimum insertion line?
I want to buy one but i'm thinking it might be too short.

100mm travel, the metal band which is about 25mm, about 15mm for the clamp, and 80mm of height lines, so around 200mm of seatpost showing in total fully raised.
And now you know, and knowing is half the battle

  • I have one.

The min insertion mark is 100mm from the end and the post is 355mm long. thats from the end to centre of the groves that take the saddle rails. So about 255mm extends beyond the bike. All that said I run mine with the min insertion line about 25mm out of the seat tube on the bike with no obvious problems.

    Hope the above helps
