  • OMF, just like that litigious sleazebag company "EasyJet" who tried to trademark the "Easy" moniker. They took a small family business named "Easyprint" to court and lost as "Easyprint" was established before the greedy Greek's EasyJet was even started.

So they haven't actually done it yet? But they're getting a load of free publicity? Sounds a lot like all of Ryanair's 'plans' that could never actually happen, but get their name in the papers.

  • To be honest I can understand them doing it, it says it only applies to websites where you can exchange messages...so you can't have rip-off sites with similar names like FaceSite.com
    Santa Cruz Chameleon
    Orange Alpine 160
  • That and alot of companies are now using the word face in their electronic communication sites and programs because it gives people a false idea that the 2 are related and makes them have a false sense of hope in the site.
  • I'm sure there was a social networking site called faceparty which existed before Facebook
    Formally known as Coatbridgeguy

I bloody hate people slagging Ryanair off for stuff about planes landing at airports a distance from where they want to go. They know this when they booked tickets so its their own bloody fault.

Same with the people who choose to spend more on the really expensive flights because they don't like being ripped off by the price of a can of soda.

II always hear people in Airports saying they chose not to fly Ryanair because they can get a drink for free with their airline their on, even though ryanair would have saved them over 100.
