How much would technology help me?

33 years ago I was a 22.50ish 10 mile / 58.50ish 25 mile TT racer. Both times were done on a 78" fixed wheel track bike with a drilled front brake and toe clips.

Assuming I had not aged, traffic / road conditions had not changed and I was racing today; how much faster would current bike tech and diet improvements help me in those same distances? The 10 mile record in those days was around 20 mins and I think Alf Engers had just done a 49 min 25 mile or was about to.

Not sure where to post this. Mods please move if not here.

I dunno you may shave off say a minute for the 10 with 'current' technology..

I meant the front forks were drilled to accommodate a brake.

tri bars would give you the bigger part of the advantage.

For me on a road bike - I could go 1 or 2 mph faster on them than I could on the drops for about the same effort.
