This image shows how to play a power chord on a guitar.

Congratulations! You can now play every Blink 182 song ever.

It's a shame the BBC weren't at both with television cameras

    Oh wait! Yes they were...

Well, I was at Reading and they were f***-awful both times. Impressively the worst headliners this year despite Guns n Roses. Not as bad this time as they were in 2003 and an awful lot better than Angels and Airwaves though, so I guess things are looking up.

The missus was trying to get standing tickets for one of their gigs today, and failed.. :(

I didn't think they were too bad at Reading this year, but I was pretty smashed by that time!!

the only way I'd want to experience a Blink 182 gig is with easy access to the off switch.
  • I liked blink 182.

    When I was 12.
  • Each to their own and all that, but you can't knock a gig that you weren't even at !!
I saw them at Leeds this year and thought were belter, granted Toms not the best vocalist in the world but the whole atmosphere was awesome, and the banter they have with each other between songs is amusing plus Travis's drum solo, theres not many better drummers !
If you've liked them in the past then i'd definatly recommend seeing them, i'd definatly see them again.

Pretty much agree with that, I loved blink 182 a good few years back, seeing them live was pretty nostalgic!

Travis is a fine drummer, plus it looks particularily cool since he's got the build of a scottish midfielder. I liked this one...

if so, i wish i had been at the florence and the webbos gig in leeds where she took a finger up the obvious through her jump suit by one particularly strong fingered member of the audience!!!!!!!

Of course they're awful live, it's what you expect, you don't go for a musical masterpiece! I must admit I still go back to most of their albums and enjoy a number of songs!

Oh sweet lord. Me and Mr Palmer just agreed on something...

Those horsemen will be along any minute now...
  • Their performance at Reading was terrible, but then again was quite entertaining.

I would not pay to go and see them on their own though, waste of money.

Why do I need to say something funny? Is your life so empty you rely on this forum for humour?
