Tyres uneven on rim

Evening all
Am having a mare getting my tyres to sit evenly on my rims. They are Conti Twister Supersonics. First time fitment on my old wheels was a cinch, and had no problems, but since i had a flat on the rear, ive never been able to get them even.
When you spin the wheel, there is a visible bump in the tyre. LBS advised that i could sort this by partially inflating and then manipulating into shape, hoever, despite my best efforts, i cant get them even. Now the problem has spread to the front wheel as well.
Over rough ground you dont even notice, but when on a smooth section, or the road, you get visible movement from the wheel
Can anyone give me any tips on fixing this ?

Solution of washing up liquid and water along the tyre edge and rim , then over inflate and they will pop into place .0

Yes - precisely this..... get 1:1 washing up liquid and water, put your tires on the wheel totally deflated. Use a paintbrush and cover the tyre bead and rim of the wheel in the solution. Pump like buggery with your pump to 60psi and you should hear the bead pop in place - then spin your wheel to check the tyre is even and deflate to desired pressure.0

Pump them up massively high then smack them repeatedly with a rubber mallet until seated correctly!0

Use liquid soap mixed 1:1 with water but NOT washing up liquid as most contain salt, not something you want abrading tyre and rim.

If you do not want to get salt on your bike: WARNING do not take your bike out of the house.
Next someone will be telling us that mountains are made of chocolate and candyfloss.

You don't want to be leaving washing up liquid on your bike, it'll discolour any anodised parts very quickly.0

still no joy
despite using three co2 cannisters and hand pump with the technique described above, no joy
tyre on the front is as bad as it was before and the tyre on the back is marginally better
used to use a compressor when i was using presta valves, but now ive moved to shreader (sp), i cant use it
think i need a track pump0
