What happened to the 'my punani hurts' thread? :D I cant seem to find it.

Just thought I'd give an update....

It seems that the problem was a combination of a number of factors, wide saddle, suspension seat post, not wearing padded shorts etc etc

However it seems the biggest factor is heat from cycling too hard in hot weather...which meant the padded shorts didnt entirely solve the problem
Now the weather is a lot colder things have eased off slightly but I'll be looking for new solutions come the spring :?

    Do you mean you've sorted all the problems you mention and it still hurts?

    Cycle slower in hot weather. :lol: Saddle with cutout?
