Calling all Lake District Riders - Blea Crag & Coffin Rt
Hi all,
We'll are planning a trip to the Lakes in a few weeks and one of the rides we are looking at the Coffin Route, but as that's not too long I was thinking of linking it with Blea Crag.
We'll add a little road riding as starting at Ambleside rather than the "Quarry Car Park" then was thinking of linking directly into the Blea Crag.
When I look at Blea Crag it seems that it's usually done clockwise, when I see the Coffin it's usually done anti-clockwise.
The link below shows a combo of both routes, I was just wondering if anyone had an idea of which way (if at all recommended) this loop should be done?
