Fitting new handlebars

Hi, does anyone know of any guides or videos on how to fit new drop handle bars. Haven't quite got my head round fitting the hoods. Don’t want to find out the hard way by taking them off and not being able to get them back on.

    Would have thought there would have been something on YouTube but could only find bar tape videos. If you know the manufacturer you could try their website. Shimano's tech docs are usually useful.

    Don't know if I'm missing anything here but can't you just roll the hoods back and remove the STI levers?

    I don't believe that you need to remove the hoods. Whether you are re-taping thebars or replacing the bars completely.

    usually they just peel off, and go back on the same way

    which model shifters? if you look on the maker's website you should find instructions for fitting
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

    Thanks guys, I'll be fitting some 3T team bars with a Compag Veloce groupset so will check out their sites for manuals etc

    @Twostage I found the same on youTube was hoping it would have detailed videos for changing bars but no such luck.
