Best bike shop for fitting

Please recommend which bike shops you have found offer the best fitting service ?
I am after a new frame for next spring and am most interested in getting one that has the correct fit rather than the most bling. Would rather go for off the peg than custom though as am looking for a high end race frame that would probably be carbon. I am based in North Merseyside but realise I may have to travel to get the best service. Currently too stretched out on my present bikes.

Get your measurements and choose from there.
The fit is brilliant and Ada is brilliant to talk to! It includes a set of moulded footbeds that I can't do without now...
