Today, I am mostly looking forward to my coffee.
Apart from that, lashings of meh with an occasional pie thrown in for good measure.
I'm already looking forward to my ride home...

Today I'm off work, and it's actually sunny
Went for a 6:30am ride which was actually kinda nice. Different to a night ride somehow.
Just taken the eldest to school and am now watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with the little'un before doing some colouring in.
I'm giving some serious thought to going out later and getting an x-box as having seen some of the games that have been released recently I think I need some of that in my life.

Good meh-ning.
I've been at work since 06.00 and will probably get home by 19.00.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.
Who are you calling inbred?0 -
Good morning forumites, and what a morning! Escalating wars, impending snow, beautiful sun... what to discuss...
Today I'm off to pick up my new-to-me Peugot 407... in purple... mmm...
Can I ask a debate on what is the best looking car on the road atm, new or old, but something aspirational - no super cars.
My vote goes for the new Citroen C5. One fine looking chugger.0 -

[forum answer]Got to be a diesel BMW 335d Estate, not only the best looking, just the best at everything, ever![/forum answer]
Jaaaaag, specifically the XKR-S. *drools*
Audi RS5 is another fantastic looking motor.
The lower models of both those cars are equally awesome, but if we're looking for something awesome, but not supercar territory, those are the ones I'd go for.0 -
VS
Get out.
No wait, you can stay, all jags are gorgeous and when I've stopped throwing money away and start saving, I'll throw it all away on a Jag. Used to be called Jugulars in GTA1 which made me laugh.

S5's do look nice. I like 3 series coupes too. The Jag Xj is impressive.
On a more normal note - Citroen seem to have their head's screwed on right for making cars that look different enough to be noticed.0 -

They got their mojo going atm.
Seen a few of these, haven't decided yet.0 -

1. That's not a 335d estate
2. I said standard forum answer because everyone in the Crudcatcher knows they are the best car of teh EvAr, with the mostest torques and everyone who says they're not all that good is only jealous, and poor.
3. I think they're ok, but the 2 cars I listed under are FAR better in every way.0 -
that's no aspirational car! That is sex.0

Woooooooooooooo there, at no point has any citeroen ever made a decent looking car evaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar
at the point of sounding a little racist, i hate that french crap car maker. [/rant over]
I like the new Jag XJ very nice but i'm not sure about favorite?
I love cars, i love lots of cars, but best looking? Hmm thats a hard one.
S5 = great looking, A5 rep mobile = terrible
M3 = good looking, Norm 3 series = terrible.
its all in the wheels and trim on these barges.
I cant make a decision.
Probably something like this

At one point Citroen made cars that looked different. They're going back to that a bit now. I don't like a lot of what they've done, but I would prefer different and odd than bland. Excepting what I have now, which is pure bland
That Seat just looks like a golf with cuts in the side and a different bumper. Which I'm guessing it actually is. Which just looks like an A3... Which just looks like (repeat until bored)0 -
jags are great if you're 50 plus.
Maser is the nicest of those posted so far I reckon.
Although my personal favourite cheap goodlooking car is the brera.
Why did my pic work for a bit and then fail?0 -

A little on the sore side today after several days of intense full-on hardcore MTB action around Cannock. Four rides & three different companions, each one of which I was determined to destroy. In the nicest possible way
Also found time to buy a diesel Mondeo.0 -
Today will be an interesting day. Work allowing me to explore Salford Uni today! So it's a road trip for me and my minion :twisted:It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

I bet if you looked at the average age of a jaguar estate owner it would be right up there though. The brand definitely has an old man image regardless of what the cars look like.
Estate cars are like fat girls, some might be better looking than others but at the end of the day they're all fat.0 -
Kitty
What Ink You getting?
psymon
Nope, i still dont like that either, too many nicked design ques and it just doesnt fit? I can forgive shoddy build quality if they built beautiful cars (i've had Alfa's and a Lancia Delta)0 -

There isn't an RS5 yet :S
Driven the A5 quattro 3lt TDi 0-60 in about 5.6, But it was a depressingly boring drive, to smooth no growl when you worked it hard, Was a suprisingly boring car to drive.
And it has to be summat like a cleaned up E-type or an older mazza
And morning chimps how is evolution today?0 -
good grief, post at the top of the page!0

not much to look at but turbo charged and super charged in a little hatch, brilliant.
My son's doing an apprentiship at a Skoda (and Mitsubishi & SEAT) dealership. Got to test drive one. Stupidly quick. Nice driving position. Build quaility is 'okay'. But for me, there's not enough room in the boot.0 -

Agreed, I like jag estates, but then again I listen to radio 4 so that proves nothing. I think I shall probably have an estate when I change cars next, possibly a Chrysler 300c estate
Anyway, good morning, had an epic lie in today, was so asleep I missed the postieknocking the door so now I have to go up the royal mail and get my parcel, I'm hoping its either lights or a battery for lights, and if its the battery hopefully it means the lights aren't too far away
After that a horrid shift at work today that involves going up to Shrewsbury in a taxi, probably being driven by a guy just coming to the end of a 72 hour shift (I hate being driven by anyone anywhere) then on the way back having to deal with temporary block working, not looking forward to it at all.
proba hit the gym again afterwards and try and sweat this lingering bloomin cold out of me0 -
Those chrysler things are the worst thing I have ever been in. My god, talk about a gilded turd.0
