I'm dosed up on salbutamol and insulin, if I ever start racing properly i may need to get a TUE - not sure they do them retrospectively (unless you're called Lance...)0

Know how that feels. Used to find that trying to go up a hill about 0.6 miles from the house on the morning commute on a cold morning triggered it.
I started using a buff over my mouth while my lungs warmed up and it worked a treat.FCN 2-4.

If I put a Buff over my mouth, I find my goggles steam up.0

Maybe I just need more expensive, anti-misting shades. I don't need glasses to see, but I prefer to wear something simply to keep the cold air and random road grit out of my eyes.0

I've never understood why cannabis is a banned substance in sport.
