Anyone know what model of Bonty Rhythm wheels these are?

I've had these in the garage for a while, the original ad said they were Elites but I'm not convinced. I've googled around and can't find any with the exact same details, decals etc. They're on what seem to be Formula hubs, front is 20mm.
