Right you steaming pile of Cruds, time to earn your keep.

Anyone know of a guide/video for servicing a set of Fox 32 R's

Took the bike out the car post ride and crash and i think innards are bleeding out of the bottom rebound leg, in a similar fashion to my arm.

    tried that but cant find it. there is a talas one.

    they are going on 3 years old and never had more than a clean and some ptfe sprayed on the stanchions so considering sending em off to TF/Mojo has anyone had any dealings with em?
    is it worth £100?

    it covers most things.

    from travel change (if possible) to oil changes to changeing the damper carts and controls.

    an why the F**k is this in the crud catcher?
