Any ideas on how to stop me slipping forward on my saddle?

Its a Rival143 and after getting used to it i have no isues than i creep forward when riding. Just checked and the saddle is level and when bought from mlbs i was "bike fitted" so i asume the saddle is in the correct position for me and i dont get any aches either from riding.

Is there a cover or something i can fit to give a bit more ..... grip  ?

B

P.s had a ride today, frooze every bone in my body and hated every moment but so glad i went out

how long did the 'bike fit' take? if it wasn't an hour or more and didn't involve you sitting on the bike on a turbo being checked in different positions then it's quite possible the bike is not correctly set up for you

try the set-up advice here (3rd post in the thread) and see if you find any differences...

    olololoolol AS!

OP - Could you move the saddle a bit further forward?: Though that could have an impact on how comfortable you feel putting the power down.

Luckily my Ready For Race, Natural Comfort 0.2 saddle has tiny rubberized ridges down the centre to prevent me sliding forward like the OP!

Stretch your hamstrings to get more flexible so you can naturally sit further back on the saddle.

    Worked for me.

On my Bike Fit I was advised to get a firmer saddle as when I sat on the saddle supplied with the bike it sagged ever so slightly in the centre I then tended to sip into the dip. New firmer saddle did the trick and is more confortable
