Anybody use Probikekit.com; What are they like?

I've used them a few times across the years. Things seem to have been delivered promptly and efficiently. I've never had a problem with them.

I have found them to be good but I haven't had any problems (I have ordered stuff, it has arrived promptly). What I mean is that I always think the true measure of how good someone is, is how they sort out inadvertent problems, etc. They do sell some lovely kit, that's for sure.

Also they don't charge extra to deliver to NI which is great for me. I try not to use companies which charge extra for this

One of the best, I've used them more than any other. I did once have a problem when a pair of pedals went missing but they sorted it promptly and without fuss.

Their phone staff are knowledgeable and helpful too.

Used twice, both times delivered quickly, sadly one item was missing a spring (it was a cable stretcher) and they never replied too my emails chaing this.

Wasnt overly bothered as I picked it up for little over £5 in the sale.

What everyone else has already said. Only issue I have noticed is their over completed returns procedure but that's all it is, there's no problems in getting a refund etc.

Yeah, but often they have a further 10% off which takes their prices from ok to excellent.
