I imagine this only refers to the old black batteries and not the new type with the built in LCD charge indicator. Anyone know?

Was it being charged at the time? Did you get it wet?

dropped it and it shorted, then flashed and burnt very hot, I had a bit of a terminator moment as I lobbed it from a moving train, alas no mushroom cloud.

Just assembled a 6xAA battery system for my two rear magicshines, and put the original batteries to one side. £2 for 6 x battery holder and a PP3 connector.

It says on your website you offer a 3 month warranty on batteries, surely it should be 12month minimum?
  • We do state 3 months warrantee on our website but will be realistic depending on nature of the problem. Please note that this only applies to lights and batteries purchased from us
